It's A Shorts Thing

I'm a woman of shorts. I wear shorts almost everyday and anywhere I go. In some countries, we see jackets, sweaters and jeans as staple items. Here in the Philippines we have shorts. It's a tropical country, so we wear light clothing most of the time and with style.

When it comes to choices, I always go for the basic. Black, white, beige and denim. It's a must to have at least 1 pair for each, but I want to add navy in my line for a change. Just yesterday, I was browsing online for designs and styles. Zalora has a wide selection of casual wear that's also super stylish. A good pair can make the simplest design and style the most fashionable. I can mix and match shorts with almost anything.

On a personal note, I always wear shorts because I can move around with my kids in tow. I mean, having 2 boys around requires so much running, walking and jumping. I really feel easy and relaxed when wearing shorts more than anything else especially when traveling. My family loves going on road trips and quick getaways. Not only that a good pair of shorts is the most comfortable to wear, but it's also one of the lightest things to pack. I often pair it with flats, sandals, sneakers and even a Brogue inspired leather shoes.

My birth month is near, it's that time when I go shopping for new clothes, shoes and accessories. One of the things I look forward to is a new batch of shorts that I can use for the next summer and for the rest of the year.

It's prom season, girls, boys, are you ready? Prom has always been one of the much awaited events in high school. Everyone is all dressed up beautifully. Well, for us girls, we look forward to prom night not only to look gorgeous but it's getting involve with the whole preparation. Playing Dress Up

So I stay at home almost 24/7 right? Well, it doesn't mean that I can't play dress up and plan an outfit for future use. One of the things that I'm very fond of is browsing online for nice dresses and shoes. I chose to use EON for my paypal transactions solely because I don't want to put any of our savings account or credit card no. at risk. For security purposes on my part. My EON will only contain my Paypal transactions- nothing else. I was a victim of hacking sometime last month. Though, it was only my Facebook that got hacked, it is still hacking. Anytime, someone or a group might just tap your usernames and passwords. We'll never know... Besides EON doesn't require a maintaining balance.

Make sure that your banking name matches your paypal info from the account name to billing address. I had the very same dilemma as to what Mommy Tetcha encountered.

Let me clear this, you will be needing 4 identification nos.

A set of number code from your bank is also required to widraw your paypal.

Costume For The Month

Every 2nd or 3rd Friday of the month, my husband's company holds a Friday's Theme. All employees, from Managers, Staff and even The Directors are required to come to work in costume of the chosen theme. It is a fun activity. Prices are given away. And these are not just prices. I'm talking about BIG Prices... sometimes, they give out cash $100, I remembered somebody won a PS3, a Wow Magic Sing and last November (for Halloween) my husband won a Microwave Oven, dressing up the Guitarist from the KISS band.

It wasn't really easy to look for a costume. We tried making but its very tiring and more draining for the pocket when it comes to the materials. And we did went online to look for the perfect costume. Now we're months away for the next halloween. I wonder what will be the theme for this year...
