A Relaxing Afternoon

10 September 2014

As usual, I had a busy month. One of the things I do to unwind from a stressful week is to spend the day with my family in one of our favorite hangouts. Just a simple family day in a mall or at the park and sometimes both in one area like Trinoma. This mall has always been our go- to place because it's big, it has a park and it's family- friendly. There can be a lot of shoppers at times, but still we find a spot where we can have some privacy.

A day spent at this kind of place relaxes me. No shopping needed. Often times, we look for a restaurant where we can sit and relax with the kids, while my husband and I can still share a good conversation. A walk along the open garden is also fun, especially for the kids.

It was a fruitful weekend. Sorry if I'm making a fuss of my relaxing weekend... I had a stressful week prior to that. I don't want to get into details, but one is losing a deal simply because I don't have an official receipt ready. A potential partnership. All I needed was time so I can apply for proper permit and all sorts to run a respectful business. But time is of  the essence and they wanted my cupcakes in an instant.

Maybe it wasn't the right time, it goes to show that something out there is waiting for me, so I better start moving. Anyway, the offer was so sudden. But God is great, again, he made me pull the good stuff from that experience, now I know...

To continue... with that, my husband took the whole family to Ace Water Spa to relax some more, and to experience something different. My kids loves to go swimming and Ace Water Spa was perfect.
They have strict house rules and it prohibits taking snapshots by the pool area. But they have this mini waiting area on the second floor that has a view of the whole pool, take pictures from there if you'll visit Ace soon.
Over-all, I had a blast. I ended my weekend still a fulfilled person because I saw my children enjoy, I watched my husband's face glow. In the end, it's all about family. They're the only treasure we have that will make us truly whole.
