Celebrating Easter and Mom's Birthday 4812

25 April 2012

 Our Birthday Celebrant: Mommy!
 Banapple's Dark Chocolate Tiramisu Cheesecake
Simple celebration with Spaghetti, Crispy Fried Chicken, Macaroni Salad, Grilled Liempo and Red Rice.
But wait, here's an additional dessert, from Becky's Kitchen: our favorite, Chocolate Fudge.
Being together as a whole family is a completely blessing for us. It's something that we're very thankful  and grateful for. In life, we really didn't ask for anything more than just going through our daily lives being together, present for each other. It keeps us humble and happy this way. Think family and you'll be rewarded with so much joy  and positivity.
After eating dinner, each of us, her children gave a short message as we give Mommy our gifts. Then, on with the Easter Egg Hunt!
Each egg contained a small piece of paper with an equivalent amount of money. Some has the word bokya in it, meaning, no cash reward for that particular egg. As for my son Franky, he got most bokya eggs but he also found the eggs with the biggest amount. All fair!

This year's celebration was extraordinary because we celebrated a total of 3 occasions: My parents' 39th Wedding Anniversary, my Mom's 60th Birthday and Easter Sunday!
